From an early age, Emran gravitated towards real estate and would flip to that section of the newspaper on a regular basis. He dabbled in a few projects in the Atlanta area and helped his family manage some of their properties. This spurred an interest in the investment side of real estate fueled by an affinity for mathematics. Prior to getting his real estate license, Emran was a trader/investor in equities and derivatives. He enjoys looking at prospectuses for properties to determine their viability for investment potential. In addition, he enjoys perusing the numerous outlets of data and information available to real estate professionals helping paint an accurate picture of the ever-changing New York City real estate landscape for his clients and customers.
Emran Waliany was born in Royal Oak, Michigan and grew up in the mountains of Western NC. He always had an appreciation for the sciences and pursued these interests while in college and graduate school. All the while having a deep rooted interest in real estate through family endeavors. A fortuitous turn of events led to his move to the Big Apple. Soon after moving to New York City he began looking at properties with Beaudoin Realty’s very own, Jeff Putterman. He helped represent Emran in his recent purchase of a co-op apartment in Jackson Heights.
